Decking areas, outside the living space and bedroom give wonderful views of the countryside. You have sole use of the whole field with al fresco dining area,barbecue, swings,table tennis and its own hens!

Ideal for exploring Dartmoor on foot, by car or by bike. A bridle path runs through the yard should you want to walk to Hexworthy, Princetown, Postbridge or beyond. There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside, then to relax & finish the day off on the balcony watching the sun go down. It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

Our home is set on Dartmoor National Park surrounded by some of the UK’s most stunning scenery. The house is light and spacious with a well kept garden overlooking beautiful Dartmoor. Plenty of parking as well. There are many different walks straight from our doorstep, and many cycle routes. Ten minute drive away is Tavistock an ancient pannier market town. Five minutes walk to the local pub. So many Devon attractions within driving distance and about an hour to Devon and Cornish coasts.

Nestled amongst organic Riverford farmland with breathtaking views, this luxurious stone barn is full of character and boasts a wood burner, home cinema and private garden with a barbecue and fire pit for nights under the stars. Located on the edge of the pretty village of Landscove, just east of Dartmoor National Park, with a brilliant local pub and tearooms within walking distance and stunning rivers, beaches and historic towns nearby, it has everything you need to relax and recharge.

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day.
