The Carriage House building is located 1/2 block to the beach and two blocks to the center of the historic downtown. It offers two individual apartments, each with two floors of living space. Apartment "B" is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Apartment "A" is 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Both have a porch and a bedroom balcony. Pricing is for double occupancy. Each can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (children welcome). Conveniences include a full kitchen and complement of electronics. Central air and heat.

Awesome little condo- 2 bedrooms! Quiet community with pool and parking. Directly across the street from the ocean, 7 blocks from the boardwalk, and walking distance to N Wildwood bars and restaurants. Table and chairs right outside the front door! Lots of loungers, tables, and 2 grills around the property. Newly renovated bathroom. Key will be left in lock box- unit 105. Please bring your owns linens or wash and make beds before leaving. June min -3 nights July and August min - 4 nights

Where your toughest decision is beach or pool!

*We do not rent to groups under the age of 25. The furnishings are very comfortable, clean & sanitized. With a queen bed in each room (new mattresses 2023) and sofa bed in the living-room, it easily sleeps 4-6 people (four adults, two children). Use it as a base to explore the area and enjoy the beaches/local attractions, or just relax by the pool. Wifi throughout condo and Apple TV in both bedrooms. Two blocks to the marina & 5 blocks to the beach, this Wildwood condo is ideally located.

JUST 3 BLOCKS to the BEACH and BOARDWALK and Morey's Amusement Piers, this cozy first floor one bedroom with KING and QUEEN bed. 4 guests maximum. Wifi is provided. Plus Smart TV and DVD player. Enjoy the magical shared yard with fountain. Walkable to restaurants, Wawa, and Supermarket. 15 minutes to Victorian Cape May.. Window AC is provided in the bedroom from 5/15-10/30. Heat from 10/30 to 5/11. ALERT! I cannot accommodate service or support animals due to my severe allergies.

Top floor condo in quiet North Wildwood 3.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. This unit has plenty of windows to let in light and the cool ocean breezes. It is great for couples or small families. Sleeps 4. A signed lease is required. Signers must be 25 or older. During peak season (June 28 through Labor Day week) weekly rental schedule beings with a Sunday check in/out. Pre and Post Season dates are flexible with a 2-night minimum stay.
