We would love to share our cozy (850 sq ft) getaway cabin. Located on rolling hills five minutes from Pease Creek Recreation Park and the Missouri River. Relax on the patio or take in outdoor activities boating, hiking, fishing, or hunting. Plenty of parking area and boat plug in available. Local accommodations at Geddes (7 miles) or Lake Andes (11 miles). It is semi-off grid, cell service ok, but not always great. There is no wifi available. TV can be run off Roku if you have a mobile hotspot.

Roast marshmallows at the fire pit, grill on the barbecue and share a meal under the open sky. At sunrise, there’s no better spot than the patio watching deer wander through the morning mist.

Pickstown (population 220) about 5 miles. Wagner (pop 1600) about 18 miles. Lake Andes (pop 830) 7 miles. The Carriage House is a private, separate dwelling located on the property of Molly's Manor B&B. Unique and comfortable, 525 sq. ft. No step entry. Main floor includes a bedroom with one Queen-size bed, a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cookware, and bathroom with a large shower; W/D. Two full-size beds in the upstairs loft, including a futon. Non-smoking, pet-free. Minisplit for AC/heat, Smart TV and WiFi. Plenty of parking for vehicles/boat.

The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a BBQ place . It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.
