This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Dit door weilanden omringde appartement is erg landelijk gelegen langs de Mergellandroute en op korte afstand van Maastricht en Valkenburg. Idéalement situé pour visiter Liège, le Pays de Herve, les Ardennes, Maastricht et ses alentours, Aachen... Nous mettons à votre disposition un studio (25 m²) entièrement équipé dans une partie de notre maison . Entrée indépendante et parking privatif. Vinciane vous accueillera chaleureusement et avec discrétion .

Comfortabele woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer. Openslaande deuren naar ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht op park en kasteel. Gratis parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Door de centrale ligging loopt u binnen enkele minuten naar de historische monumenten, kuuroord, de gezellige terrasjes en restaurants. Er zijn vele wandel- en fietsroutes. Station op loopafstand. Bushalte voor de deur. Fietshuur om de hoek.

studio54 - in Ceramique - Close to all!

You will find studio54 in the trendy Wijck-Ceramique area of Maastricht. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.
