Minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, wineries, zip-lining and a quaint coffee shop. The vibrant town of Floyd, an Appalachian music mecca, is a scenic 20 minute drive away. As a pet-friendly property, we warmly welcome your pets with a $150 pet fee.

If you’re looking for a mountain paradise getaway, come stay at the Cottage at Paradise Hollow Farm! Nestled beside a babbling brook (originating from springs on the property) that meanders and feeds into the lake. Watch horses graze from the porch, beautiful sunrises/sunsets, spring/summer firefly shows, rolling hillsides frequently spotted with cattle, beautiful fall foliage, nice trails with rock outcroppings, a small waterfall, and a fallen original homestead. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone.
