It is situated about 500m from the sea (airline distance). The house consists of 2 double bed rooms, a living room (with TV), a kitchen and a bathroom-on 1st floor and 2 double bed rooms (with TV), a bathroom and a small kitchen - on 2nd floor. The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.
