U prizemlju se nalazi bazen sa lezaljkama i rostilj sa mini kuhinjicom na raspolaganju gostima iz sva 3 apartmana. Svi apartmani imaju wi-fi i internet televiziju, klima uredaj te perilicu rublja na koristenje. Udaljenost od mora i plaze je manje od 5 min pjeske, a od centra Malinske 5 min autom.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Das Haus ist quasi ein Doppelhaus hintereinander gebaut. Einen Teil bewohnen wir selbst und den anderen Teil möchten wir ab sofort vermieten. Wir sind ein lebenserfahrenes, weltoffen und jung gebliebenes, lebenslustiges Paar und freuen uns riesig auf Dich und Euch!

Ima besplatan parking za dva automobila. Smještaj je idealan za obitelj sa djecom. Dvije spavaće sobe sa krevetima na katu i gornjom terasom na kojoj se nalazi jacuzzi,te 2 pomoćna lezaja (Garnitura na razvlačenje). Ako Vas bilo sta zanima budite slobodni pitati.
