Apartman ima centralni klimatizacijski uređaj, TV, Wi-Fi pristup...

Udaljeni su od plaže 250 m,a od centra 500 metara.Imaju sve što jedan stan treba:klimu,internet,TV-SAT,svoj ulaz,terasu,zatvoreni parking,kamine i vanjski tuš,fontane.Otok Krk se dodiruje sa kopnom preko velebnog Krčkog mosta,zračna luka na sjeverozapadnoj strani otoka učinili su otok Krk turističkim odredištem do kojeg se brzo stiže iz svih smjerova.Do Njivica treba samo 10 km otočke prometnice od mosta ili aerodroma.
