Public transportation (LIRR and Bus stop). Take LIRR train for a 40 minute ride to Manhattan, or take bus/subway for a 90 minute trip to Manhattan. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. 20 minutes bus ride to Roosevelt Field Mall. No kitchen is available. There is a microwave and Keurig coffee maker on the hallway.

My place is very close to Floral Park, Valley Stream and Jamaica train stations. It's less than 15 mins away from Jfk airport without traffic, and 5 mins from Belmont Race Track. My place is good for solo, adventurer, and business travelers. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around me, and a closeby park that one can always go there for relaxation. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the safe neighborhood!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
