We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There are 2 tvs/w Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. White River Retreat at Redbud

This "A-Frame" sits on the bank of the famous White River in Gassville, AR. There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is a living room and a sleeper sofa for an additional bed downstairs. There is 280 sq. feet upstairs that includes a queen bed and two twin beds. Both levels have a 32" screen TV with streaming. There is also a nice outdoor living space with a covered porch and a large deck.

The property sleeps 4 and has a king bed in the master, two twins in the low-ceiling loft. The loft requires climbing a ladder.
