The History of our Cabin started as Hoss's Country Store where we provided a general store for our community and the guests visiting our beautiful area next to the National Forest. We have always felt that taking care of our family and friends were the top priority. The Cottage at Acorn

We are ready for Christmas! The Cottage at Acorn is located in the Heart of the Ouachita Mountains and only 4 miles to Mena. The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. Covered concrete parking (with a basketball goal) and an outdoor covered patio. There are 2 entrances, please use The Veterans Memorial Park entrance on Highway 71.

It is equipped with a full kitchen. This tiny house is located on a quiet street. Bring your UTV's - you can ride from the house to several trails within miles of the National Forrest.

The ATV Shack is on 4 acres bordering the Ouachita National Forest and just minutes from the south trailhead of Wolf Pen Gap. We also have a beautiful view of Eagle Mountain from our front porch! Whether you’re coming to ride the trails or sip coffee on the porch, you’ll find a peaceful getaway with comfortable amenities. We’d be honored to host you!

Enjoy our adorable little cabin in a rural countryside. Plenty of quiet but not far from town. Come enjoy our star filled skies. The S'Mores are on us. Freshly painted interior, crisp clean sheets and ultra cool air conditioner. Can’t beat the comfort level here. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate ATV or boat trailers in our drive.
