It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. This stylish 2-room apartment (57 m²) has been completely renovated and offers everything you need for your holiday in the center of Merano. In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.

In unmittelbarer Nähe findet ihr die Gärten von Trautmannsdorf, die Thermen und alle weiteren Highlights des Burggrafenamts. Keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich der Dorfkern mit Lebensmittelgeschäft , Apotheke und Konditorei/Eisdiele. Vor dem Haus startet eine Busverbindung nach Meran oder Bozen.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
