Approximately 10 mins from M5 junction 23 a perfect stop to spend a night or more exploring nearby surroundings, or attending a wedding nearby, or to break up a long journey. Quantock Hills are a 10min drive. Bridgwater train station 20 to 30 mins walk. Walking distance to the town centre, supermarkets and public transport. Adults only. This area boasts one of the UK’s largest new wetland reserves, providing habitat for a mix of wetland wildlife, including otters, wildfowl, owls and waders, migrating birds are an attraction and varied wildlife including dear can often be spotted.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the beautiful picturesque village of Staplegrove. Nestled on the edge of the Quantock Hills, The Old Potting Shed is a self contained holiday let enjoying views of the surrounding gardens with pretty shrubs and our own pet chickens wandering around. There is a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. A wonderful array of pubs are just on the doorstep as well as a village shop.
