Here you will find custom built in cabinetry, new flooring, exposed wooden beams, built in full size bed, a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and washer and dryer. My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. Smart car rental available.

The apartment is a first floor unit of a family home, with a private entrance. It does not have stairs, inside or outside. There is a small step into the bathtub. Off street parking. City Park- 1/2 mile Creek Street- 1 mile Recreation Center/Bus Stop- 0.2 miles Bar Harbor Boat Launch- 2 miles

This craftsman style suite will have you feeling as if you were aboard a ship, sleeping in a comfy bed, looking up at the beautiful handcrafted wooden ceiling sourced from local red and yellow cedar. Local woods are showcased throughout the home. With beach access across the street at Rotary Beach (AKA "Bugge's Beach" to locals) and a beautiful walking path, you have plenty of activities to fill your time. Our apartment is a basement 2 bedroom, down 12 stairs. We live in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, Smart TV, and laundry facilities.There are two bedrooms, a single cot in the laundry space and a fold out chair bed.
