Bright, quiet one bedroom apartment in natureQuiet neighborhood on the end of the of the cul de sac. The property backs on to 2.5 acres of nature. This bright, above ground, one bedroom suite has it all, private entrance, full bathroom with washer and dryer. Extra bed for the little ones or an additional adult guest. If you are just passing through, we are close to the highway (6 min) and the airport (12 min). If you are going to Fredericton or CFB Gagetown, we are close to that too.
Cozy apartment in the countryThis is a beautiful apartment fully furnished with a kitchenette. Set over the garage of the main house on a gorgeous three and a half acre lot in the country, but an easy drive to the nearby city of Fredericton. It is normal to see deer in our beautiful apple orchard behind the house. Twenty two minutes from Crabbe Mountain Ski Resort and 12 minutes from Mactaquac Park. A perfect spot for skiers to stay!

Cottage has 265 ft of private water frontage and an excellent swimming and boat launching area. It is perfect for swimming, power boating, canoeing, kayaking or paddle boarding. Cottage is surrounded by large stately hemlock trees which give excellent afternoon shade on the two very large decks.
