This old fishing seaside house, located in the Lučica bay and considered by many sailors to be one of the 5 most beautiful bays on the Adriatic sea, is only two km from Milna. The crystal clear sea, kayaking and snorkeling steps away from your bed, are great prerequisites for a perfect vacation. Two SUP and 2 kayaks are included with the price of house. The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
