The private beach is accessible by foot, only 50m by stairs, Guests enjoy the shared barbecue. We can offer sunbeds and parasols for free. If ariving by plane we can arrange transfers to the apartment.

Koru Apartment with pool in seaside town of Mimice

Our Koru Apartment is named after the Maori word koru=new life/new beginnings which was fitting for us moving from New Zealand to Croatia to start a new life in 2018. The Koru Apartment is part of Waterview Apartments. we have 3 one bedroomed self contained units on our property which has great views over the Adriatic Sea and at the rear over the mountains. A heated pool was built in 2020. We have 1 free parking per unit. Mimice is a beautiful old village with many beaches on our doorstep.

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Enjoy your holidays in the middle of Dalmatia region, just above one of the most beautifull beaches in Croatia. Wake up, take a few private stairs from your terrace, and you're on the beach! It's 2+3 studio apartment (single room) primarily for parents with 3 kids. Beds are normal sized (150x200, 140x200, 90x200) , so 5 adults can also sleep, but at the expense of some comfort 🤷‍♀️

In a kitchen you can find a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, cookware, tableware, kitchen utensils... In the othe word, it is fully equiped. Also, bathroom is equipped with everything you need to start a fresh day. There is also a - beautiful - view - balcony and view from there is absolutely stunning
