This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath house. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, minisplit heating and cooling, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, Fenced backyard, patio w/ seating, Private Parking.

Maple Leaf Suite

Steve and Diane would love to welcome you to our home. You will have a separate entrance to the top floor consisting of two large bedrooms and a four piece bath. We offer a small fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee facilities. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are a 25 minute walk to the Griz games and are willing to arrange a private shuttle service to the games if available. We do restrict on parties, pets and children under 10.

The beautiful Pattee Canyon hiking and biking trails are merely a 5-minute drive away. Not suitable for families with young toddlers.
