Die reizvolle niederrheinische Umgebung lädt zu wunderschönen Radtouren, Wanderungen und Ausflügen auch ins benachbarte Holland ein. Kultur und Geschichte erleben, Natur genießen oder im Garten entspannen ... Grillmöglichkeit, Sauna und ein Holzbrotbackofen stehen unseren Urlaubern nach Absprache zur Verfügung.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Die 115 Quadratmeter große Wohnung in Tönisberg, hat einen eigenen Eingang mit 2 Parkplätzen. Zu fuß ist ein Netto erreichbar und man ist schnell auf der Autobahn. Auf dem Balkon, mit Stühlen und kleinem Tisch, kann man Abends super entspannen während man den Sonnenuntergang genießt. Die Wohnung ist Hundefreundlich, mit dem man auf Feldern gut spazieren gehen kann. Sie verfügt über zwei Einzel, ein Doppelbett und eine Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Man kann TV gucken oder auch Dart spielen.

Unsere kürzlich renovierte Wohnung im ruhigen Neudorf bietet durch zentrale Lage einen schnellen Anschluss an den Hautbahnhof (15 min mit Bus/Bahn) als auch beide Universitätscampi (10 min Fußweg). Auch der Zoo und die Regattabahn (Wedau) lassen sich innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichen! Ihr wohnt in der 1. Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Make yourself at home. It is very spacious and offers space for up to 4 people, if you want. Find yourself in the clean space with comfortable on quality seating and bed. I use this apartment as my second place to stay or for when friends and family are visiting. So you shall not miss anything. Around in the area you will find all amenities of everyday life... groceries, transportation, restaurants, etc. It is only 10 minutes by feet to downtown & main station.

Signal Tower Linn

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.
