Raccoon Cove Waterfront Hideaway

The house is in a quiet private neighborhood on 1 acre of cove front property. There is an abundance of wildlife. Stairs lead down to the cove where you can walk the shore at low tide, birdwatch or hear fog horns. At high tide you can take our kayaks out. It's walking distance to Lamoine Beach Park and 35 min to Acadia. The classic but comfortable living space is all on the second level. Wifi & TV with cable, and air conditioning are all available. The basement/garage level has a washer/dryer.

Enjoy Acadia National Park from within the Park in a private lakefront cabin, large deck, dock, offshore swim float, canoe, kayaks, gas grill, fire pit, indoor & outdoor hot showers. Studio with loft, kitchen, and bathroom on Echo Lake in Acadia. Sleeps 5 (King loft, Queen convertible couch, and Single fold-out twin bed). BYO camping approach: PACK-IN/PACK-OUT everything including your garbage. You must bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets, & towels. Lake Views, Sunsets and Loons abound!

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

"Bear" cabin is one of four new cabins at Dickens Farms in Eastbrook Maine. Our cabins are spaced for privacy and each has its own fire pit, bbq grill and picnic area. You can enjoy water access to Abrams Pond for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Two kayaks are provided per cabin for your enjoyment. Sit in the screened in porch and listen to nature or head into Acadia National Park to explore. Bike along the private road. Relax with your family for a quick getaway or week long adventure.

It is furnished with the amenities listed as well as a dock, swimming float, fire pit with firewood, gas grill, and table and chairs. Enjoy the peacefulness from the screened in porch which overlooks the lake after a day of hiking in Acadia National Park. You will hear the call of the loons while relaxing.
