Situated in Ragalna, this brilliant holiday home features a 5000sqm garden with an outdoor pool of 15mx10m, 1,5m deep at the front and 3m deep on the back, working 24h, with a complete pool furniture: sun beds, beach umbrella & shower. The unit is only 18km to the volcano Etna, 22km to Catania Airport. The two kitchens are fully furnished with: dishwasher, oven, coffee machine. The outdoor kitchen present a magnificent barbecue! There are TVs in all bedrooms and livings, DVD player and stereo.

Villa "Palazzo Francesca" is located in the best area of Taormina's historic center. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of Mt. Etna and the center. Corso Umberto, all the sights and the best restaurants are in immediate proximity (a 1-5 minute walk). Public parking is available just 200 m away; valet parking is also offered. The gondola to the beach is only a 4-minute walk away. The villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.

THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

Vi troverete a soli 6 km dalle spiagge di Fiumefreddo, 20 km da Taormina, 20 km dalle Gole dell’Alcantara, 5 km da Linguaglossa dove sono presenti gli impianti sciistici e 40 km da Catania.
