The "Magnolia House" is a 1 bed small cottage in the quaint town of Mt Gilead in the Uwharrie Natl Forest region. While not waterfront, the property is centric to so much fun! Use as a base camp to boating, fishing, hiking/jeep/mountain bike trails & more! Perfect for a couple or small family, its small footprint is efficient w/a Queen bed, a full sleep sofa in the LR, and a toddler cot available. Pet (max 2) & trailer friendly circular drive. Welcome! Relax and unwind at our lakefront getaway. Bring your boat, jet skis, fishing poles, and golf clubs—there’s fun for everyone here! Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the dock as you gaze across the lake toward the peaceful Goat Island. Watch fish jump and enjoy the sights and sounds of local wildlife all around you. Spend the day swimming or cruising the lake, then cast a line off the dock under the stars. After a full day of adventure, you’ll drift off easily in our cozy beds.

Escape to this charming 2 bed, 1 bath nestled on the shores of Lake Tillery. Fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances. The living area is perfect for relaxing & taking in the views of the lake. The screened porch is ideal for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Outside is the fire pit & outdoor eating area, with gas grill. The boat dock provides easy access to the lake. Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​
