My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

The Net Loft Duck Street

Escape .... bolt away, 1 minute wander from the harbour with full kitchen, fridge freezer, fully independent hideaway. The Net Loft is in set the heart of Mousehole, only a minute walk to the harbour down the beautiful narrow alleyway of Duck Street. Originally a fishermans Net Loft it then became an artist’s studio before it was then converted to this self contained secret bolt hole. Quirky and homely, it's a perfect bolt hole base to explore West Cornwall. Courtyard to safely store bikes :)

With plenty of soft whites, wood and natural fabrics the cottage is designed with comfort in mind, but you’ll also find selected artwork, antique pieces and the normal mod-cons. A perfect retreat for two or a cosy bolt hole for four.

Great coastal walkways and beaches near by - this is a house and location that you'll want to return to year after year. For those driving electric cars, we have a charger at the house!

Manderley Cottage, Mousehole

Manderley is a newly refurbished cottage, designed with a calm, contemporary feel in mind. Lime walls and flooring feature on the ground floor with underfloor heating throughout the downstairs living room and kitchen/diner. Spacious enough for up to four guests to enjoy or equally cosy for a couples retreat. Perfectly located on Duck street to access the harbour and all amenities on offer in beautiful West Cornwall. Check in days are usually Friday and Monday. Saturdays over the summer.

The Big Barn at Porthcurno Barns Family run spacious and cosy barn conversion nestled in a peaceful seaside hamlet walking distance to the stunning Porthcurno and Pedn Vounder beaches and the Minack Theatre. Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.

Best described by previous guests; Fall straight into Cornish time with lazy mornings, long days and joyful returns. mOlly mUppeT is hidden amongst the houses behind the owners cottage and she soon becomes a real home and a stunning place from which to explore. So very cute in every way, the attention to detail is second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, whilst the garden was a little piece of heaven. A memorable base for a memorable holiday!
