The house is situated in the beautiful pleace Jadrija, 10 minutes drive to the old town of Sibenik, close vicinity of National Park Krka, and 3 -minute walk from the beautiful beach.With modern  distinctive style swiming pool and the 3 -minute walk from the beach it is an ideal place for couples looking for a relaxing holiday. Thoughtfully designed, this lovely villa boasts a fresh and spacious interior, with all the modern conveniences you could want such as WiFi and air-conditioning. 

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

This is a newly constructed house on the beach with a beautiful view. The house is made of two apartments but they are separated and you have complete privacy. It's ideal for a family summer vacation in a quiet area but bars and restaurants are easily accessible by foot. You can access the beach straight from our garden and you can enjoy in the shade or if you prefer laying in the sun there is another beach 2 minutes walk from the house. We also provide free parking spot.
