Beautiful unrestricted views of the bay, the house also has plenty of space for car parking and children to play. Four large double bedrooms, (2 with ensuite bathrooms) with sleeping for 8, there is also a pull-out sofa bed to accommodate another person if necessary. A travel cot is also provided. Kitchen with all accessories. Utility room with washing and dryer.

It has a striking view of and is set in an area of natural beauties. It is a great place to get away to relax and unwind.

Located in Downings, just yards from the beach and a 2min walk from the Harbour Bar, this is ideally placed as a base for holidaying in this popular seaside village. From the front bedroom balcony there are views over the pier and Sheephaven Bay. All the amenities of the village, shops, pubs, hotels etc are literally on your door front and Rosapenna Golf Club is only a short walk away. The house will comfortably sleep 8 people . Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
