This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

House by the Sea

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Penthouse, large private terrace, 3BR/2Bath

Välkommen till vår fridfulla tillflyktsort, en helt ny penthouse som erbjuder en välförtjänt paus efter en dag av sightseeing. Slappna av i bubbelpoolen på den 65m² stora terrassen och njut av sjöutsikten medan du tänder grillen. Efter en god natts sömn i ett av de tre stora sovrummen kan du njuta av ett morgondopp precis utanför dörren. Håll dig uppkopplad med 1000mbit wifi och de smarta hemfunktionerna i lägenheten. Det lugna området erbjuder också en mängd fantastiska restauranger.

Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Own house with oceanview near city!

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.

The Archipelago Cottage, on the island of Älgö

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Please read more about routines on, House rules. Not recommended for families with children unable to swim because of the deep water.

Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt för dig som jobbar, studerar i Stockholm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen i Danderyd, en ö med bro nu (from 1 november-15 april) och SL-färja (8 min) ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten". Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

On our premises, we have a genuine village bakery house from the 18th century. Modern standard in a country style atmosphere, with a bathroom, kitchen and sleeping loft for two. Private entrance and a veranda for evening dinners. This is a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. Just across a large nature reserve. 5 minutes walking distance there is a large shopping center with resturants and shops. Busstop at 200m, 15 minutes to the city center. Welcome!
