Unser Kernhof liegt idyllisch, ein herrlich ruhiges Plätzchen, abseits von Durchzugsverkehr und doch zentral für Ausflüge in die Berge, oder in die nahe liegende Bischofsstadt Brixen. In unserem Park gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Verweilen (Kinderspielplatz, Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Trampolin). Auf Anfrage (bitte vor Anreise anfragen) genießt ihr Frühstück und Abendessen in der Ferienpension "Zummüllerhof" gleich daneben. Im Sommer veranstalten wir wöchentlich Grillabende.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

O luminoso apartamento "Bergblick - Fichte" em Villnöss/Funes destaca-se pela sua localização tranquila com vista para a montanha. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
