You will fall in LOVE with the Sandhills when seeing the breathtaking view from this home that sits on 6 acres of land 2 miles outside of Ericson! Close to Lake Ericson, Cedar River, Calamus Reservoir and Pibel Lake. We are still renovating and appreciate our guests understanding our imperfections. We offer amenities such as coffee, an electric grill, 36” black stone griddle, deck, patio, fire pit and more. This 4 bedroom 2 bath home provides one of the most beautiful views in Wheeler County!

The newly remodeled 'Royal Bunkhouse' has an open floorplan, full kitchen, can sleep up to 10, has plenty of parking, and a large inviting covered front porch in the quiet Village of Royal off Highway 20. You'll be close to Grove Lake's fishing, hunting, hiking, bait shop & trout rearing station, as well as Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park. A small park, roping arena and Royal Bar & Grill are all within walking distance.

Get away from the busyness of life and relax in this peaceful farm cabin under the stars. The cabin features a full kitchen and dining area, along with access to an outdoor patio equipped with a grill, picnic table, and pergola. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a loveseat and a 50” TV perfect for snuggling up and watching your favorite movie. Located on a large lot to accommodate outdoor activities, including a fire pit. The park, Nebraska's Big Rodeo, and the town square (where there several dining options) are all within walking distance. The area's main attraction Calamus Reservoir is a short 7 mile drive, offering fun for the entire family.

The Llama House-Norfolk

The Llama House-Norfolk is an adorable townhouse that has been updated from top to bottom. Bedrooms include a queen bed and two single beds and the living room has space for three additional sleepers. Kitchen includes all necessities and a fully stocked coffee bar. Location is in a quiet, updated neighborhood but located off a major through street that can quickly get you to anywhere in town! A great stay with the added fun of a scavenger hunt to locate all of our llamas!

The Pepper Shed

Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

Cozy Cabin Lane is the perfect location for family gatherings, a weekend to catch up with friends, or just an escape from busy city life. This cabin is located a short 5 miles outside of Columbus, and has plenty of privacy with quiet surroundings. You will not feel like you're in Nebraska when you spend time at this property! The inside of the cabin gives you the feeling that you're in the middle of the woods, or tucked away in the mountains somewhere!

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

The Rustic Retreat Tiny House is the perfect setting for a family, hunters, fishermen, anniversaries, friends retreats, honeymooners, etc.. Brand new in August 2018, we can sleep up to 6. Located near the beautiful Calamus Lake, the Burwell Rodeo and Historic Fort Hartsuff. Local restaurants and bars are within walking distance as well as a grocery store.

Peaceful Country Retreat

This spacious country retreat offers beautiful views, abundant wildlife, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Access to the spring fed Creek offers a quiet area for a campfire and fun for the whole family.  The home is located just minutes away from Grove Lake and Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park.
