You'll have 1-3 private parking spots (depending on use if downstairs unit (SeaSpray Chalet) on site.

Walking distance from downtown Jacksonville Beach. It is close to several restaurants, such as Lynches Irish Pub, Green Room Brewing, Engine 15 Brewing, The Wine Bar, Surfer Bar, Salt Life Foot Shack, Mellow Mushroom, Metro Dinner. There is no smoking and no animals.
