The Old Dairy is a self contained Victorian building in the garden of our listed farmhouse Located at the end of a private drive in a hamlet in the Surrey hills we overlook fields and have private access to the network of public countryside footpaths We are in a quiet rural location but several great pubs are within 5 minutes drive or 30-40 minutes walk along public footpaths and bridleways We are less than 20 mins from Gatwick and from stations with 1/2 hour trains to London Late check in is ok

The Pump House is situated on a working estate in West Sussex. Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

Stay in a luxury shepherds hut in the stunning Surrey Hills, only an hour from London. We are located near Box Hill so you can enjoy countryside walks with spectacular views and visit some lovely local gastropubs. We are dog friendly for an extra fee.
