Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.

Coastal Tiny House

This tiny house is in a leafy garden, close to Phillip Island's beaches, nature & wildlife attractions. Come and relax here, or explore the area, on foot, bicycle or go on a scenic drive. At the cottage you have your own private space, queen bed (on a mezzanine), bathroom and kitchenette (limited cooking facilities). There is also a cute private patio overlooking the garden. Pets are very welcome, the yard is fully fenced, and the local beaches are dog-friendly!

The container is positioned in the top half of a double block , and is surrounded by native gardens fully fenced off The container is fitted out with all you will need . It has a large deck for the evening barbecue, following a day at the closest beach Smiths 🏄 a 5 minute drive , or after exploring the many attractions of Phillip Island and Gippsland. If you have a
