Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Had a revamp in Feb’25 to brighten, freshen and update the cottage. Solar panels fitted in August’25. Close to Omeath on the Irish side of the border, it lies between Newry & Carlingford. A quiet location, lovely ambiance & plenty of outdoor space. A car is a necessity. Great for couples, solo adventurers, walkers, golfers and cyclists or just to disconnect from the chaos. Not set up for child safety. It offers a work from home alternative with very good wifi connectivity supporting video calls

Hillside Lodge

Hillside Lodge is nestled in the village of Rostrevor, with restaurants, pubs, Kilbroney Park & the beach all within a 1 minute stroll from the front door. The lodge is a warm enticing space with a wood burning stove & spiral staircase to the bedrooms. A large garden lies to the front of the lodge great for children to play football or basketball. A cosy stand alone cottage, beside hosts home, recently renovated to the highest standard. Cottage includes living room with wood stove, kitchen, bedroom and two bathrooms. Convenient parking on site, recently installed fibre WiFi, ideal for relaxation or remote working. Surrounding gardens include a native Irish woodland, orchard, vegetable and fruit garden. Situated a short distance from Omeath village and start of the Omeath Carlingford Greenway. 10 minutes drive to Carlingford and Newry.

Unwind in the hot tub soaking in the dramatic view of the Mourne Mountains. Inside, relax in front of a cosy wood burning stove. Lively Newcastle town, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes drive away. Other attractions close by are Murlough Beach, Castlewellan forest Park & many walking, hiking & cycling trails.
