Public and private beach access within walking distance, and a water taxi (during summer month) to take you to Destin's hottest spots. Easy access to all the hot spots like Crab Island, Destin Harbor Walk, and deep sea fishing.

This detached guest house will give you access to a gorgeous dock complete with private parking and located less than 20 minutes, by boat or car, from world class beaches and Destin. Our property can accommodate a 2-axle boat trailer. Wake up in the morning and watch the dolphin jump off the dock, fish, go for a swim, paddleboard, kayak or just relax with a cup of coffee. Less than a five-minute walk to a private beach in Destin, Florida! This Gulf paradise ground floor condo is DOG FRIENDLY. Located in the Chateau La Mer resort complex guests have access to a private parking space, heated pool, tennis courts, and private beach access. There is not an ocean view with this condo. This condo is 850 sq ft. It works well for a couple with up to two children. We do not recommend more than three adults staying at one time.
