It's a few minutes walk uphill from the main road but the atmosphere and the privacy is worth every single step. The beach, surf rentals and a grocery store are all in 5 - 10 minutes walking distance.

Casa Simsalabim is located in a very private and quiet area north of Santa Teresa, in our private valley. Beach, restaurants, and supermarket are only a 5-minute walk away. The house offers plenty of space to relax, on the terrace – perfect to unwind and disconnect. For those who need to work, the house has a 100 Mbps fiber connection.
