Kokage Villa Nikko (KVN) is within 800 m of Nikko Station, with two villas on a 3,000 m² site. Per villa: max 5; all ages welcome. Beds: 1 King (180 cm) in the 1F sleeping area; 1 Single (97 cm) and 2 Semi-doubles (120 cm each) in the 2F sleeping area. Each villa has 2 AC units (cooling/heating), no separate heater, a washer-dryer, free parking for 2 cars and a private outdoor bath—not a pool or hot spring. BBQ food is not provided; please bring your own. Charcoal and fire starters are free.

Located an 8-minute walk from the Ryotsu Port Terminal of Sado Kisen Steamship, the house can be rented out for a maximum of 8 people.
