The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Coombe Farm Goodleigh - Ally Pally

The Aluminium Palace is a 1960 Airstream caravan, lovingly restored & decorated. It is nestled in the woods on our farm with a private hot tub, bbq, fire pit, outdoor table & chairs, outdoor sofa in a fenced private garden suitable for kids. Inside is a bathroom, sleeping, cooking and living space. The adjacent shed has a dishwasher, washing machine & storage. Suitable for a couple or a family of 4. Well behaved dogs welcome but not permitted on furniture & guests must clean-up after dogs.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
