The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

Sugar Loaf Studio @ The Long Barn

Sugar Loaf Studio offers everything needed for a comfortable stay for up to two people. The studio can be set up as twin or super king. Situated in The Long Barn at Water Lane Farm, Sugar Loaf offers a self contained apartment on a working farm. An ideal base for exploring the local surroundings, work appointments or a leisure break. Adjacent to the barn there is a communal garden with patios giving easy access to local countryside walks. Private car parking is provided and a bike storage rack.

Minimum 2 nights. Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Dbl bedroom, lge lounge with 2 full size single beds. 4 guests maximum. 2 Adults and 2 children. We accept 4 adults but there is an extra charge of £20 per night. wet room, kitchen. Tea/coffee . Combi oven . Private patio area for guests, we back onto the RSPB, 5 mins Shuttleworth. Lovely walks. Train 5 mins walk. We do not accept pets. local shops have baker, butchers and eaterys/takeaways, tesco and co-op. Nice local walks .

Trinity: luxury lodge in a stunning, lake location

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

The property is suited to a small family of 4 or working persons requiring a lovely home away from home while in the area for work or visiting family and friends. The property is located 22 miles from Cambridge and 10 miles from Bedford. The Thames Link train runs every 30 minutes to Finsbury Park and is a 10-minute walk from the property. The property has one car parking space but ample free parking in the area.

The Acorn - Detached, clean and quiet

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. There is also a Co-op store in the village. Fully refundable booking settings up to 5 days before stay

Comfortable and Cozy One Bed

Everything you require for a relaxing stay. All pubs, restaurants are in walking distance. It’s a 3 minute walk or so to Biggleswade Train Station which takes 34 minutes to London Kings Cross. Local town markets on Wednesday and Saturday. If your driving, then it takes 7 minutes from the A1M motorway. Please note you will find some personal items of mine in the flat as I live here too when not working away from home. I do not stay at the flat when guests are there.

The Flat at Shuttleworth House is a unique self-catering apartment within our Grade II* listed mansion. Once a family home, now a bustling weddings & events venue, Shuttleworth House is as unique as they come when planning a getaway. The House itself is not open to the public and you will not have access during your stay, however, you are able to make the most of the incredible views of the parkland take a walk and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity of our site.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Charming and peaceful village location. Self catering annexe, perfect for one or two people. Adjoining, yet separate to the main house, the Pavilion is so-called as the garden was once the village bowling green. Delightful views of National Trust Tudor dovecote and stables. A perfect base for riverside walks, cycling and water sports. Mainline train stations Bedford and Sandy are 15 minutes drive away.
