Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Just Be Cabin

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

Right outside your front door is 800 acres of hiking trails. You are surrounded by a mature forest, with loving and social goats, geese, ducks, kitty, and pups. South Quarter House

Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)

Windy Top Cottage ~ A Romantic "European" Getaway

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!

The Little Red Schoolhouse ~ Circa 1877

This wonderful old building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and operated as the District 9 schoolhouse until 1948. Now, this beautiful piece of history is available for you to enjoy! Located in the picturesque West Granby, Connecticut, this little schoolhouse directly abuts hundreds of acres of open space, Granby Land Trust property, and several organic farms.

This studio apartment offers fast internet, TV , a comfortable couch , a stylish new bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, as well as black out curtains in the bedroom. And a cozy warm fireplace. This apartment comfortably sleeps 1 adult or a couple. The couch folds out into a bed and there is bedding in a tote stored Under the bed.
