It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

We offer free WiFi, a washer/dryer, a sofa bed to sleep an additional two guests, a kitchenette equipped with cookware and utensils, a two-burner stovetop, and a Breville toaster oven.
