My house was built in 2020 and is located in Manahawkin, New Jersey - just 8 miles from Long Beach Island and only 3 minutes from HMH Southern Ocean Medical Center. The property features 3 bedrooms (with one queen-size bed and three twin-size beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The backyard offers an outdoor dining area with a grill. The paved front driveway provides parking spaces for 3 vehicles and additional parking is available on the street.

Spectacular unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay. Secluded home directly on the bay with plenty of outside seating both on the decks and along the bay front. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with plenty of space to spread out in the open floor plan first floor.
