With a wonderful view of the lake from the living area. We are right in town, with a short walk along the beach trail to enjoy many restaurants, bistros, shops, museum, park with playground, also a splash park and pier. Swim in the lake right across the road or head down to Swim Bay which is just a few minutes' walk away.

The property is located in a beautiful little town called Cawston which is known for its abundance of fruit trees and wineries that are nestled in a valley between rolling mountains. Spacious basement suite with SHARED POOL in the sunny Okanagan. The solar heated water pool is open from Victoria Day to Labour Day, weather permitting. We use the pool on hot days for 1.5 hours around 3:30 pm. It is 2 bedroom/2 bath with full kitchen, laundry and dishwasher. Outdoors, enjoy your own BBQ and patio. The suite is has its own heating, A/C and thermostat. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. There is an electric car charger and a playground across the street.

The Calliope suite is located in the heart of Naramata, the premier wine district of the Okanagan Valley. We offer two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bathroom. A well equipped kitchen with dining area for four and a cozy space to sit and chat, play games or watch tv. A patio with afternoon shade and a propane bbq is to the left of your private entrance with keyless lock. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops are just down the street.
