Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Alla lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. En soffgrupp och pentry finns med. Du får en kod till dörren av värden ankomstdagen. Ni kan checka in hur sent ni vill. Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

Koppla av i bubbelpoolen under stjärnorna. Här andas lugnet medans citypulsen endast ligger 15 minuters bilfärd bort. Utan bil tar du dig istället smidigt in med bussen. This lovely Oceanfront villa, suitable for 6 people, is a luxurious place and it has a splendid location and is directly situated by the archipelago of Stockholm/ Gustavsberg in Värmdö. Big sun deck connected to the pier..From the indoor sauna you easily reach the pier via the outdoor deck and staircase, perfect for summer as well as winter. Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
