Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

The house has a land of 2000 meters with swimming pool, large terraces and different spaces to relax and enjoy the quiet area and its landscapes. L'Àguila Suites Penthouse with terrace is distributed as follows: on the lower floor 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and another bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a large living room. In the same open space is the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils: Nespresso, oven-microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle , toaster, etc. It was has free Wi-fi and elevator.

It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
