The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

The house named "Santorini" belongs to the Aperado Paros complex. The property is located at Krotiri a few minutes drive from the Port of Parikia from which you can explore the island of Paros. The property also includes tennis court, private chapel and BBQ area. These facilities along with the s/w pool are shared with the other properties of the complex. Car or scooter is necessary. The property is not suitable for infants and children below the age of 12.

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. This complex of houses is called 'Kastro' meaning castle. The house retains all charm from the past and offers the ideal holiday house. Is located in a quite area, less than 1 km from the main port of Parikia and just 500 meters from the main seafront of the town, where you can find many restaurants & café. Few meters away from the studio, you can reach the beach. Bus Station is few meters away. It can accommodate up to 2 persons.

The studio (20m2) is newly renovated in the center of Paroikia. It consists a double bed with a brand new mattress, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a small fridge, TV, A/C, free Wifi and private garden with dinning table. Scooters/bikes/ATVs can be parked in front of the studio on the road.
