This tiny house has moved to a lakeside spot on our smaller pond -- AWD or 4WD vehicles will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!

This efficient guest suite is located in the heart of Steubenville (17 miles/20 min. from Star Lake Pavilion). Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.

"The Wild Mustard"- Secluded off-grid tiny house in Wild, Wonderful, West Virginia. Beautiful views. Quiet, peaceful valley. 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek to enjoy. Queen bed in loft and a double futon. The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage.
