This charming studio cottage sits nestled under a willow tree; creating a mood of serenity. The queen sized bed has a memory foam mattress, & luxury linens. The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. Spacious parking—only a few feet from the cottage. Whether you’re here for a concert or a graduation, this little house will enhance your visit. Fan/no AC

Little cottage by the pond

This is our little cottage for guests. It’s right next to our koi pond , with the windows open you can fall asleep listening to the waterfall. Or have a cup of coffee in the morning watching the fish and if you get lucky the ducks . Lol . It is very cozy and warm . This is a private cottage and you do not have to have any interaction with people! It has keyless entry. I clean and sanitize everything !We are extra vigilant to keep everyone safe! This cottage is not suitable for children,or pets .

Owls End Library Suite

The library guest room and European-style kitchenette is in a quiet area of Lakewood, attached to our home. Self-entry with lockbox, fast WiFi, covered carport for parking. Automatic discounts for weekly&monthly stays. Close to JBLM, shops and I-5, it's suitable for quick getaways or longer housing needs. So you will most likely catch a glimpse of wildlife from your window or balcony, including eagles, osprey, and deer.

Our Private Suite is situated in Tacoma's Fernhill neighborhood, about 15 min drive to Downtown Tacoma. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a rollaway twin bed, HD Roku TV, big closets, and a desk. Private entrance, Street parking. Non-smoking. Private Bathroom with complimentary toiletries.

Private suite attached to our garage. We are located on a well-maintained 1/2 acre lot by South Hill Mall. Extremely convenient location that feels very private on a dead end road. Kitchen with stove and cooking necessities, a washer/dryer and full closet system. *The shower tilling is due for an update and the bathroom light will only turn on if the main room light is on. There is a lamp that is in there to accommodate this.
