Pacific Grove Mid Century Near Beach

Mid Century Pacific Grove house on 17 Mile Drive. Just a couple blocks from the Pebble Beach gate. Great area. Close enough to walk to town restaurants & shops, Asilomar State Beach & other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck & outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a max of 2 adults/1 car per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old. We cannot & will not make exceptions to either restriction.

Carmel By the Canyon

Our studio is located in Carmel, less than a mile from the town center. The house faces out over Hatton Canyon and affords a private rural setting yet close to Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Monterey, etc. 15 Minute walk to Carmel downtown. A hub to explore Big Sur and all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Due to certain regulatory changes regarding minimum stay, the dates you are requesting may not be available. While we prefer longer stays, do make an inquiry to us about the dates you want.

You'll experience a quiet and private stay in the tree tops within a gated property. You can walk to beautiful Moss/Asilomar beach, restaurants and spa at Spanish Bay Resort, and MPCC country club just minutes away. You can sit in the sun on the patio, have an outdoor BBQ, and cook in open layout kitchen. Also enjoy a massage by appointment outside or inside, spa tub soak, and fire by bedside in the evening. The Miller Suite was built and finished to complement the 1965 mid-century modern main home that we occupy full time. We share a walkway from the driveway and we access the same outdoor garbage cans, but we share no other circulation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath, private entry suite is perfect for your next road trip, weekend away, proposal, babymoon, anniversary, or even a romantic place for your quiet elopement. Nestled in the oaks behind a privacy fence, the entire property feels secluded.

Cozy Seaside cottage conveniently located in a friendly neighborhood in Seaside. Our slice by the sea is close to the beach, Monterey fairgrounds, Laguna Seca Raceway and more! Enjoy a quiet stay in Monterey bay with a private driveway and patio area as well as a full laundry room and fully stocked kitchen. New carpet and a recently renovated bathroom are an added plus! Walking distance to grocery stores, Walgreens, and local restaurants. Perfect retreat for a couple or just you!

Carmel Guesthouse. Perfect.

Our peaceful treehouse is the ideal spot to relax while staying in beautiful Carmel. It is close to everything : white sand beaches, downtown Carmel by the Sea, Pebble Beach, the Carmel Mission...Carmel Valley, Monterey and beautiful Big Sur.... Also short walk to 4 PICKLEBALL COURTS (just far enough away so we don't hear the noise). We are unable to host assistance animals due to being highly allergic to pet dander and this causes my immune system to be compromised.

Fancy-Free by the Sea

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.
