Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

Acadia National Park is 45 minutes away. Shop, explore, relax and create memories with the whole family for a few nights in your private cabin.

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

Only a few miles to Dover-Foxcroft, or Sebec Lake. Far enough away to get away, but close enough to the amenities and sights.
