One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

The newly renovated apartment, flooded with sunlight, is located on the second and last floor of the house in a quiet side street to Untertorplatz, the entrance to the historic town centre of Sterzing/Vipiteno. Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

Die Wohnung ist neu ausgestattet und urige Elemente wie der Holzofen von Uroma oder die Tiroler Stube sorgen für Gemütlichkeit und besondere Urlaubsstunden. Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. Die zentrale Lage wird besonders geschätzt (ca 5 km von Wattens und Autobahn entfernt).

Zum traumhaften Ausblick

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.
