It is composed of a living room area with access via concrete staircase that leads to the loft with a double bed, and another staircase leading down to ground level to the living area. There is an outdoor kitchenette and bathroom which leads off the living area. It has a small outdoor terrace equipped with table, chairs and an additional external shower. Air conditioning is included in the price (two air-conditioners). 30m from the sea.....................
